All items are shipped USPS. All items are securely packed to avoid any damages during shipping. If your item is received damaged in any way please contact the shop owner within 24 hours of the receipt of your package. Photographs of any damaged item as well as returning the item at the buyers' expense will be required for replacement.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

All items are custom made. Due to this fact there will be no refunds. However, if your items arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. You will need to contact the shop within 24 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the damaged item. The damaged item needs to be returned at the buyers expense. You must contact the shop before returning any item.
